TIC is a Private College registered under the Ontario Government Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. TIC College was established in 2005 and we celebrating our 12th Year Anniversary in 2017. All our programs are approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

National Association Of Career Colleges

NACC is a national association representing 500 regulated career colleges from across the country.

NACC has a long, proud history of supporting the national interests of Canadian career colleges:

Established as an association of private business educators in 1896 as the “Business Educators Association”
Incorporated federally as a not-for-profit association in 1964
Changed name in 1991 from the Association of Canadian Career Colleges to the National Association of Career Colleges

Career Colleges Ontario (CCO)

Career Colleges Ontario (CCO) is a non-profit organization fighting for the equitable treatment of career college students and a level playing field for its member institutions.

The association’s purpose is to help governments, key decision makers and the public understand the critical role its members and their students play in supporting Ontario’s post-secondary education system and improving the province’s economic well-being.

CCO members contribute to Ontario’s economy by providing highly qualified graduates in hundreds of essential, skilled fields such as Applied Arts, Business, Healthcare, Human Services, Information Technology, Services and Trades.

ISTQB

ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) was founded in November 2002 and is a not-for-profit association legally registered in Belgium.

ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) has defined the “ISTQB® Certified Tester” scheme that has become the worldwide leader in the certification of competences in software testing.

ISTQB® is an organization based on volunteer work by hundreds of international testing experts.

KRYTERION

TIC offers Kryterion testing facility at our campus for anyone who requires taking an exam providing a secure, safe and reliable environment. Kryterion is a software testing sponsor for Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB)

Kryterion is a full-service test development and delivery company that serves the Association, Technology and Education markets with world-class secure testing solutions. Kryterion solutions for testing in Certification and Distance Education include a full suite of components that allows testing with confidence and convenience.

TIC is an authorized test center for Pearson Vue. All exams are proctored and provide the industry’s most secure testing environment. Pearson VUE is the leader in computer-based-testing and helps developing, managing, delivering and growing reliable testing programs.

Better Business Bureau:

The Better Business Bureau (BBB), founded in 1912, is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing marketplace trust, consisting of 112 independently incorporated local BBB organizations in the United States and Canada, coordinated under the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) in Arlington, Virginia.
