Toronto Innovation College’s “SAP S/4HANA HCM (Human Capital Management) 3-Month Course” is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of SAP’s advanced HCM module—an essential tool for optimizing HR processes.
This intensive three-month program covers key areas such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Talent Management. Participants will also learn to configure and customize HCM settings and integrate them with other SAP modules like Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), enabling effective management of employee data.
The curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience through practical labs and real-world scenarios. Guided by experienced instructors, students will develop the capabilities needed to boost workforce efficiency and streamline HR operations.
