Augustin is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 14 years of dedicated service at Schlegel Villages. Known for his methodical approach to care, Augustin began his journey as a charge nurse. His commitment to person-centred care and unwavering dedication to quality is evident.
Rising through the ranks, Augustin held various leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Care and Director of Care and continued to hold multiple leadership positions including Associate Vice President of Clinical Services. He was instrumental in guiding clinical teams, especially during the challenges of the pandemic.
With a robust educational background, including a degree in Nursing from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and several certifications in healthcare management and infection control, Augustin is known to be a voice of reason and a pillar of strength across Schlegel Villages. He speaks many languages including Swedish, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
